In this article we shall see the function on Dimension Break.
Dimension Break can be accessed using Menu Bar, Tool Bar and Command Prompt

Well now let's consider an example to understand the concept of Dim Break. Consider the drawing shown below
Let's use the dim break command for the above drawing
Step 01: select the dim break command and select the diameter and linear dimension [Multiple]
Step 02: Now the object and enter
Step 03: Now you will notice that, all dimension line will not have any contact with the drawing see figure below

Have you any time lost your valuable items, wallet. What about the most important data deleted from computer during a system crash, you might have immediately tried to use a data recovery manager to recover the best you can.
But what about a CAD file ? I bet you don't what such things happen.
But wait, may be if there is a way to recover, apart from DATA recovery softwares, Yes got it right.
In AutoCAD there is a command which most of them don't use, but this is the only command you better use in case of system crash or trying to retrieving your backup files.
Command: Drawing Recovery Manager,
Click File menu > Drawing Utilities > Drawing Recovery Manager Command prompt: DRAWINGRECOVERY
This tool automatically opens next time you open AutoCAD, further it displays a list of drawing files that were opened during a failure. Sounds interesting.
